Maria Miller

Story Development Editor

Maria is a bookworm from the grand county of Lancaster in Pennsylvania. She spent much of her childhood reading voraciously and helping her friends wrangle the details of their fantastical stories. When she’s not editing, she’s drawing, sewing, debating philosophy, or reading every book she can get her hands on.

Clara Hall

Publicist

Clara Hall is a student by day and a publicist by night (or, rather, in between classes and cups of coffee). She originates from North Texas, where she first fostered a severe love for cats and classic lit. Her hobbies include art and...actually, that’s it. You might find on her shelf: Macbeth, the Aeneid, A Tale of Two Cities, and The Chronicles of Narnia.

Jonathan Brownell

Director of Operations

Jonathan's experience is centered on business & technology consulting for over twenty years, with clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 100 companies. He is actively engaged in managing the logistics and business relationships of Bookmonkey Press, and is also an accomplished musician.

Hailey Monnie

In-House Editor

Hailey Monnie is from western Washington and is one of those weird people who always carries a book wherever she goes, even if she doesn’t end up reading it. At some point in high school, she was inducted into the Secret Society of Grammar and Punctuation Rules, and now she uses these abilities at Bookmonkey Press and in pursuit of her BA.

Joshua Brownell

In-House Editor

Joshua Brownell lives in Moscow, ID. He is an avid lover of language, both English and foreign, a subject range which has consumed a disproportionate amount of his bookshelf space. Outside of being an editor, he spends his time engaged in college classes, working at a local bookstore, playing the bagpipes, and getting pulled into unpremeditated chats with friends.
